ArtWorks is available for your art related event!
ArtWorks offers the perfect space for art related events such as classes and workshops, meetings, art shows, sales, exhibits, art parties and more.
Amenities include a full kitchen with serving ware, small conference room, classroom and Great Room totaling over 1700 square feet (with a max capacity of 49). We also have a complement of folding tables, chairs, easels, and display options available for use with rental. ArtWorks is all on one, accessible level and includes free parking.

Security Deposits and Cancellations
Security deposits, if charged, will be applied to total rental cost. If a cancellation occurs less than two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled rental, the deposit is not refundable.
Rental Procedure

Check the ArtWorks Events Calendar. Note: most Open Studios are flexible events so may be rescheduled into unbooked space to make room for larger events.

Go to the Reservations page to book the space for the date and times you want. Your dates will still need to be confirmed by ArtWorks via phone or email.

Choose the space, date(s)/time you’re requesting. A box pops up confirming what you selected with two text boxes for you to type into. Where it asks for Name: Please put in the name of your event. The second text box is for your contact email address.
Once you have submitted your reservation request you should receive a submission confirmation email with the date(s)/time you have requested.
ArtWorks will email back to you within 24-48 hours to either confirm your request or work with you to negotiate alternative date(s)/time(s). If you do not receive this email please contact ArtWorks: artworks@artworks-edmonds.org
