ArtWorks has a new reservations system on this new website. It is similar to a hotel room reservation system so chances are you may have done something like this before.
1. Look at the Events Calendar. Find a date/time available that will work for you. Some Open Studios are “flex events” which means they occur if the space is not rented.

2. Go to ‘Rent ArtWorks’ page to select the space for either Half Day or Full Day Reservation. Half Day is up to 4 hours. Full Day is anything over 4 hours.

3. Click on Book Now. Available start times will appear below the little month calendar. Click on a start time that works for you.
The reservation system will lead you step-by-step from there. It will confirm your selections, provide fee info and you can choose payment options As always, if you have any questions give us a call: 425-774-6049. Office hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday, 11 am to 2 pm.
